Peace no matter what.
What if you could be at peace no matter what? What if you could find contentment no matter what the circumstances you’re facing? Peace no matter what. That’s what I want for myself. That’s what I wish for you.
Hi, I'm Say (pronounced sigh). In the humble 40 years of my life, I struggled a lot - mentally, emotionally, and physically. And through challenges, setbacks, and some serious pain, I learned to be resilient, resourceful, positive, and finally at peace.
No, I don’t profess to be a Buddha and be at peace every moment of my life (yet), but I learned to cultivate peace within myself more and more that I'm finally loving my life.
I’m living an extraordinary life, filled with all the richness, beauty, and adventure one can hope for. And I must tell you, I could not enjoy any of it if I didn’t have peace, no matter how fabulous my life may be.
Thing is, we have it backward. We think that we'll have peace and happiness once we have everything we want, or at least most of the things we want. It's the other way around. When we have peace first, things we want come to us. And more importantly, life we have right now becomes magical - almost like going from black and white to color!
So my friend, this is what I hope for you - that you have peace no matter what and that you start enjoying the life that you are living so that you can have a truly extraordinary and magical life you’re dreaming of. The magical life begins with you - within you.
How do you do that? You may ask.

"Much gratitude for what we have shared together. Thank you for creating a safe space for me and for helping me explore. I really appreciate your non judgmental stance and the way you could distill the heart of the matter. Almost like an alchemist. Magical :)"

"My coaching sessions with Say have been a wonderful and truly eye-opening experience. She is very easy to open up to, and is extremely knowledgeable. I came away with a much better understanding of how to drop back into my body and pay attention to what I'm feeling, and the importance of doing so. It didn't always come easy to me, but Say was so patient and gentle during the entire process, and it really helped me to get past a lot of my own insecurities. She also helped me to look at certain thoughts from different angles, and perspectives - something I truly appreciate. I feel a lot more comfortable with myself and more capable of handling negative thoughts. I highly recommend working with her! I'm so grateful for this experience."
